NATURE & SCOPE 工 作 性 质 及 范 围Lead to develop BBU products brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan * Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assets * Lead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action plan * Drive pricing & market access proposal / recommendation for senior management decisionLead to access cross-TA level project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes * Organize and manage the regular BU level access meeting to senior management update * Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for onco access by brand level * Organize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation plan * Lead China onco access projects or support global access projectsJob requirements 工 作 要 求Academic / Professional Qualification:Bachelor’s degree and above. MBA degree is preferable, but not required.Technical / Skills Training * Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China BBU pharmaceutical landscape and market access environment, deep understanding on China BU access dynamics * Strong cross-functional project management skills. Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities. Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders * Strong business acumen, Strategic thinking and analytical skills * Quick learner with passion to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication & presentation skills (English and Chinese, both oraland written)Previous Work Experience: At least 3 years work experience in MNCs, pharma marketing/NPP or market access, ortop tier consulting firmirm.Desirable qualitiesPharmaceutical MNC work experience or Consulting working experience for pharmaceutical industry Knowledge / experience: Project management & access experienceLanguage abilityFluency in both English and Chinese (both oral and written)Computer literacy1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products2. Excellent PPT/presentation skills
