Job DescriptionThis role is under Lean Digital & PMO department, to overall manage site digital projects, ensure project QCDS (on quality, on cost, on time, risk management). Contribute to project management process standardization, improvement and enhancement.1.     Overall site project management (PMO function)·      Understand and communicate global digital strategy, facilitate the deployment of digital transformation roadmap·      Establish digital transformation plan and introduce digital use cases to enable performance improvement·      Standardize and continuously improve site project management process, method and tool·      Manage site project portfolios2.     Project manager for digital projects·      Project management of whole project lifecycle (from requirements collection to product go live)·      Ensure project QCD with sufficient schedule/budget/resource/risk management·      Act role as technical solution provider and product owner (responsible for lifecycle DevOps) for key projects·      In collaboration with stakeholders and interfaces to ensure the business impact/benefit of technology is evaluated·      Responsible for change management to fulfill regulatory and industry requirement·      Regular summary and presentation3.     Enabler of site digital transformation·      Plan digital capability development plan and ensure digital workforce are well trained to deliver and apply for digital use cases to generate value·      Sustain Communication & Training process to build digital capabilityJob Requirement1.     Bachelor degree or above of project management, pharma, intelligent manufacturing, engineering or related major2.     Above 5 years digital/global/NPI project management experience3.     Knowhow in following technology stacks: Java/JS, python, database, AI, data analytic, automation, agile4.     Good communication and collaboration, be willing to take challenge, adaptability and continuous learning5.     Fluent English in reading and writing (English can be working language)6.     Experience of independently completing digital projects as a product management or technical solution provider is a plus
