工作职责:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Leads Agile team (as player-coach), providing strategic direction, and acting as primary interface with GLT-level governance
? Lead landscaping, strategic Roadmapping, and opportunity identification in targeted platform area (dig-site)
? Propose new platforms and projects for initiation
? Lead Agile team in development and delivery of game-changing innovation that step-changes our brand promise and creates new PCH capabilities which significantly improve business potential (platforms, brands, technologies, or business models)
? Operates as both team leader and marketing lead within the team
? Interfaces heavily with Business Development function and 3rd parties to gain access to technologies, products and services necessary to build new business platforms.
? Connects with Lead Markets and Regions to ensure that programs are developed in a way that ensures seamless fit with local brand strategy and local customer requirements.

? BS/BA required, advanced degree ( MBA, MD or PhD) preferred
? Fluency in both Mandarin and English required
? 12+ years of Leadership experience preferable in innovation or marketing role with business facing experience. Experience in successfully bringing to market sustaining innovation.
? Demonstrated successful development of internal and external networking capabilities to deliver results.
? Passion for consumer insights / consumer advocacy. Ability to “connect the dots” in insights in ways others may overlook.
? Comfort with ambiguity – ability to identify and synthesize key information from conflicting inbound data and signals to make choices and develop pathways for innovative and complex projects.

? Demonstrated Marketing Competencies:
? Deep knowledge of successful innovation leadership approaches, start-ups, with working knowledge of marketing and brand management processes such as advertising development, customer engagement, consumer insight development, marketing plan development, pricing and media decisions.
