工作职责:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

? Leads Insights agenda for all New Ventures initiatives:

? Develops consumer learning agenda by identifying knowledge gaps; shapes strategic questions and designs appropriate research to answer. Explores and implements innovative/new testing methodologies that enable rapid consumer feedback, in an effort to optimize consumer proposition.

? Designs and executes primary research studies and integrates findings with secondary data, trends and business insights to create compelling and actionable recommendations.

? Is forward thinking in identifying current and future consumer needs and gaps by synthesizing insights and knowledge around the globe. Analyzes consumer trends, competitive landscape, and channel trends at the global and regional level.

? Influences management decisions that drive near to mid-term (1-5 years) business impact by effectively communicating relevant consumer and business insights:

? Influences the strategic direction of senior management by partnering to drive impact from research learning.

? Manages project costs and Consumer Engagement Process (CEP)

? Partners with Commercial Lead and Technical Lead, as well as US counterparts, to identify and realize opportunities in a New Venture area.

任职资格:

QUALIFICATIONS

? 10+ years of market research experience;

? Significant experience managing all primary quantitative & qualitative research; understands the ‘Art’ and ‘Science’ of market research.

? Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings to actionable insights and driving results through influence at senior levels of the organization

? Ability to communicate with clarity and impact

? Forward thinking: understands trends and has a finger on the pulse of consumer needs

? Highly collaborative, comfortable working across functions, ability to manage external vendor relationships

? Demonstrates ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing information, priorities or business environment.

? Leadership autonomy; strong executive presence & inspirational leadership

? Challenges the status quo and is proactive in bringing forth new ideas.

? Open minded. Dares to try new things and is willing to take well-considered risks

? Pioneering mindset – comfortable with ambiguity and willing/able to establish path and plan where none currently exists
