Job qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Administration or related subjects
- At least 5 years HR generalist experience, preferably in international manufacturers
- Familiar with training & development
- Competent in tasking, organizing and prioritizing work with a strong sense of ownership
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, effective communications with all levels of employees and management
- Good spoken and written English an advantage
- Good command of computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PPT
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for recruit plan and channel management, conduct interviews and turnover analysis management
- Responsible for training plan, conduct external and internal training program and improve the training effectiveness
- Familiar with Training & Development, particular in skill matrix practice, talent development program design and organization
- Involve and assist HR Manager to improve plant HR management
- Other task assigned by the manager
