新松弘凯成立于2001年，是一家专注于为慢性病患者提供院外治疗管理服务的企业。
依托中国科学院沈阳自动化所的技术优势，集设计、生产、营销和服务为一体，以全国连锁式经营的方式为用户（以慢性病患者为主）提供高品质的慢性病院外治疗管理方案。通过专业产品以及完善的服务体系帮助慢性病患者提高生活质量和生命质量。
我们立足于沈阳和广州面向国内和国际市场，经过10年的发展已经在全国各地20多个省市建立了分支机构和营销点（包括广州、沈阳、北京、上海、香港等地），多年以来都参加德国杜塞尔多夫展会（公认为世界上最大医疗设备展览会）和阿联酋的迪拜医疗器械展览会等国际性医疗产品展会，得到了业界的认可。

Established in 2001,Sysmed Homecare is a focused on chronic disease providing outside of the hospital for continues treatment of service.
By the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shenyang Automation Institute advantage, product design, marketing and service as a whole, with national franchising operating mode for the home patients from outside of hospital to continue treatment of management system. Through the professional products (including medical grade oxygen concentrators, noninvasive breathing machine, and medication compressor, etc.) and quality service system is improving patients’ quality of life.
Based on our Shenyang and Guangzhou was focused on the domestic and international market, after the 10 years of development, for more than 20 provinces and cities in China to establish several of branches (including Guangzhou, Shenyang, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, etc).
For the years we have participated the Dusseldorf medical exhibition (The world's largest medical equipment show), the united Arab Emirates Dubai medical equipment exhibition and other international medical shows, awarded the widely acceptance.
At home, we provide the Long-Term Oxygen Therapy and Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation therapy, the whole reparatory therapy solutions are giving a large number of patients. We have accumulated a number of mouth words of reputations from small to big hospitals in years. The Chinese Medical Association and Respiratory Therapy Organization was receiving (including Respiratory Research Institute, and patients self-help group, etc.) their strong consent in town.
